- Consumer Rights Act 2015: Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014: You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within this period. Once cancelled, we will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
